Physical cleaning: the use of high-pressure water to clean the equipment, the need for high-pressure cleaning equipment.
Chemical cleaning: take out the heat exchanger separately, connect the inlet and outlet pipelines of circulating water to the cleaning car for circulation.
Advantages: reduce the use of mechanical equipment cleaning agent, cleaning effect is good.
Disadvantages: need corresponding equipment, such as cleaning car or cleaning water tank, high-pressure pump, various specifications of the connection valve, welding equipment, etc. Chemical cleaning has two forms of pickling and alkali washing.
Water spray cleaning: descaling method with high-pressure water spray or mechanical impact. When this method is used, the water pressure is generally 20 to 50MPa. Now there are also 50 ~ 70Mpa with higher pressure.
