1. The operation of this equipment must be strictly and systematically trained. Operators who have passed the examination (written and actual operation) and obtained the equipment operation certificate shall operate the equipment. Any personnel without training shall not operate the equipment.

2. It is strictly prohibited to operate the equipment if you are not familiar with the equipment performance, it is strictly prohibited to operate the equipment if you are not fully equipped with safety protection articles, and it is strictly prohibited to operate the equipment if you are not fully familiar with and master the equipment operation procedures.

3. On-site professional and technical personnel and alert personnel have the right to prevent and correct other unsafe behaviors such as illegal operations and risky and reckless actions; they have the right to refuse command, dispatch and arrangement that do not meet safety requirements or violate rules and regulations.

4. All personnel entering the unloading area are prohibited from entering with communication tools! Electrostatic discharge of the body must be carried out at the electrostatic discharge point!

5. Before starting work, it is necessary to check whether the insulating rubber pad in front of each control cabinet is complete and dry. Before starting the equipment, you must use the measuring pen to check whether the equipment has leakage.

6. In case of emergency, the equipment shall press the red emergency stop switch, turn off the main power supply of the equipment, immediately notify the equipment maintenance worker to deal with it, and notify the relevant management personnel and equipment personnel, and it is strictly prohibited to deal with it without authorization.

7. The equipment safety protection device is strictly prohibited under any circumstances for any reason to dismantle, damage, short-circuit or use it for other purposes, so that the safety protection facilities will fail.

8. It is strictly forbidden to operate the equipment by eating or drinking drugs or drinks that reduce attention or mental trance.

9. Interns are strictly prohibited from operating the equipment alone without the supervision of the monitor or master!

10. It is strictly forbidden to intervene in the process of immature and unreasonable operation, and all or part of the body needs to enter the internal intervention of the equipment when the equipment is running automatically.

11. It is strictly prohibited to start the plant with water leakage or water around the equipment.

12. All kinds of lubricating oil and liquid medium in case of leakage, must be cleaned in time, it is strictly prohibited to operate in a wet and slippery environment.

13. It is strictly forbidden to put items into the operating cabinet and console to avoid short circuit injury and equipment damage.

14. When the operator repairs or cleans the equipment, he must turn off the power supply of the equipment and hang a safety warning sign of "No closing, no one is working". It must be carried out under the supervision of a special person. It is strictly prohibited to operate alone! It is strictly prohibited to use chemical fiber materials to wipe and clean equipment!

15. The purchasing manager of JIT Mining and Distribution Department will issue a written notice of incoming and unloading one day in advance. The Human Resources Department will arrange the unloading area to be on guard. The production company will make preparations for unloading. The tanker must be equipped with a flame arrester. It is strictly prohibited to expose it in the hot sun! It is strictly forbidden to unload in thunderstorm days! It is strictly forbidden for the tanker to stay at the company gate for more than 60 minutes!

16. Wear anti-static clothing and protective equipment when entering the cyclopentane area. It is strictly prohibited to wear chemical fiber clothing. It is strictly prohibited to take off and change clothes in the cyclopentane area. It is strictly prohibited to wear shoes with nails.

17. It is strictly prohibited to carry BP machine, mobile phone, inflammable and explosive articles into the unloading area, and it is strictly prohibited to knock with iron in the cyclopentane area.

18. If leakage is found, the surrounding fire source should be removed immediately, and the container can be sprayed with water to cool the container in case of fire as soon as possible. If possible, the container should be moved from the fire scene to the open place. If the container in the fire scene has changed color or sound is generated from the safety pressure relief device, it must be evacuated immediately. The fire extinguishing agent can be sand, dry powder or carbon dioxide, and water is invalid.
