How to maintain the reaction kettle?

Installation site: the reactor should be installed in the high-pressure operation room that meets the explosion-proof requirements. When multiple reactors are equipped, they should be placed separately. Every two reactors should be separated by safe explosion-proof walls. Each operation room should have access to the outdoor and outlet. When explosive media exist, the equipment should be well ventilated.

(1) the device: the reactor should be installed in the high-pressure operation room in line with the requirements of explosion-proof, in the equipment of multiple reactors, should be placed separately, between every two application of safe explosion-proof wall separated, each operating room should have access to the outdoor and outlet, when there is explosive medium should ensure that the equipment ventilation is good.

(2) After opening the package, check whether the equipment is damaged, install the equipment according to the equipment model and structure diagram, and check the spare parts according to the packing list. If the heating method is heat transfer oil electric heating, please purchase the corresponding type of heat transfer oil according to the operating temperature (note: heat transfer oil is absolutely not allowed to contain moisture) and add it. when adding, open the oil filler on the upper part of the jacket and the oil level port on the middle and upper part of the jacket. Fill in the oil through the oil filler and wait for the oil level port to flow; then screw the oil level port to death, do not screw the oil filler port to avoid pressure.

(3) the installation and sealing of the kettle body and the kettle cover: the kettle body and the kettle cover are in line contact with the circular arc surface or the gasket, and they are pressed against each other by tightening the main nut to achieve a good sealing effect. When tightening the nut, it must be diagonally symmetrical, and tighten it step by step for many times. The force is even, and the kettle cover is not allowed to tilt to one side to achieve a good sealing effect. When tightening the main nut, the tightening torque shall not exceed the specified range of 40~120 N.M to prevent the sealing surface from being squeezed or overloaded. Special care should be taken for the sealing surface. Before each installation, the upper and lower sealing surfaces should be wiped clean with relatively soft paper or cloth. Special attention should be paid not to touch scars on the sealing surfaces of the kettle body and the kettle cover. If the reasonable operation, can use more than ten thousand times. After the sealing surface is damaged, it needs to be reprocessed and repaired to achieve good sealing performance. When removing the kettle cover, lift the kettle cover up and down slowly to prevent the sealing surface between the kettle body and the kettle cover from colliding with each other. If the seal is sealed with a gasket (PTFE, aluminum pad, copper pad, asbestos pad, etc.), a good sealing effect can be achieved by tightening the main nut.

(4) The installation of valves, pressure gauges, and safety valves can achieve the sealing effect by tightening the positive and negative nuts. The arc sealing surfaces connecting the two ends must not rotate relative to each other. All screw couplings must be applied during assembly. Lubricant or graphite blended with oil to avoid seizure. The use of the valve: needle valve line seal, only need to gently rotate the valve needle, tight sealing surface that can achieve good sealing performance, prohibit excessive force, so as not to damage the sealing surface.

(5) After the equipment is installed, add a certain amount of nitrogen to keep the pressure for 30 minutes to check whether there is any leakage. If there is any leakage, please use soap foam to find the leakage point of the pipeline and nozzle. After finding out, release the gas and tighten it. Then add nitrogen to keep the pressure test again to ensure that there is no leakage and start normal operation.

(6) When cooling down, water can be used for internal cooling through the cooling coil, and rapid cooling is prohibited to prevent excessive temperature difference stress from causing cracks in the cooling coil and kettle body. When the temperature in the kettle exceeds 100 ℃ during operation, the water jacket between the magnetic stirrer and the kettle cover shall be supplied with cooling water to ensure that the water temperature is less than 35 ℃ to avoid demagnetization of the magnet.
